Songwriting Scene is a blog for songwriters about songwriting. I have been a busy singer-songwriter for the past 10 years (you can check me out at www.sharongoldmanmusic.com), releasing three solo CDs and, most recently, a CD with Sweet Bitters — a duo with my good buddy Nina Schmir. I am also a member of the Manhattan Songwriters Circle, the SummerSongs community and a regular “chick” songwriting gathering in NYC we call “Chicks with Dip.” My musical interests are diverse, from folk and blues to country, indie pop and introspective singer-songwriter stuff.
